He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert "Bob", Virginia "Ginia" Parker, Vern and Evelyn Waltman. He is survived by: his parents, Frank Waltman and Beverly Parker Waltman of Chicora; his significant other Tabitha "Tabbi" Artman Waltman; his children, Franklin and Eloise; his sisters, Erin Kelmereit (Larry) of Moon Twp and Kristin Arora (Rajat) of Hartsdale, NY; his nieces, Evie and Kaia; and his nephew Kayden. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
