He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Archie and Joyce Black. He is survived by: his parent Connie Black; his close friend Donald Smeltzer (Kristi Black) of Cabot, PA; his children, Chase, Matthew, Levi, Adam and Julia; and his brother Chris Goldinger.
