He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell W. Sr. Luellen and Eva Gertrude Pattison Luellen; and his sister Sara Ann Luellen. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Van Horn Luellen; his sons, Dr. John Luellen (Michele) of Gibsonia, Scott Luellen (Katherine) of Massachusetts and Mark Luellen (Beth Ann) of Ruckersville, VA; his stepchildren, Michael Callihan (Jennifer) of Chicora and Dr. Michaelle Callihan (Nino Orsini) of Seven Fields; his grandchildren, Evan, Colin, Meghan, Owen, Madison, Morgan, Mia, Emme, Anna Grace Luellen, Cory and Dalton Callihan; his sister-in-law Jacobine Fedorek; and also Nancy Luellen of Chicora. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
