She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ligus and Theresa Ligus (Evans); her husband Nicholas R. Hasychak; her son Kyle Erik Hasychak; and her sister Robin Ligus (Yvonne) of Butler.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Kendra Hasychak; and her sisters, Regina Fleeger (Dennis) of Butler and Raylene Nagle of Butler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
