Ronald Steighner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2025, at the age of 87, Ronald Steighner of Butler, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Steighner and Wynola Parker Steighner; his brothers, Regis "Skip" Steighner and Louis "Corky" Steighner; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Shearer, Chuck Payne, Fred Eshelman, Clementine Steighner, Patty Steighner and Barb Steighner.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lu Cammisa Steighner; his children, Steven J. Steighner (Shelley Allen Steighner) of Butler, Lisa A. Steighner of Columbus and Crystal M. Dyckes (Robert Dyckes) of Grove City, Ohio; his grandchildren, Ashley McCandless (Justin), Natalya West (James) and Matthew Steighner (Paige); his great grandchildren, Savannah and Tanner McCandless; and his siblings, Frank "Butch" Steighner, Danny Steighner, Kay Magee (Bill), Helen Eshelman, Sue Shultz (Mark), Marianne Payne and Becky Shearer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church (432 Center Ave, Butler, PA 16001). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Martin Funeral Home, Inc., 429 Center Ave., Butler.
