He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Heckman and Elma Heckman (Frank); his son Ronald Heckman, Jr.; and his sister Beverly Bush. He is survived by: his wife Linda Heckman (Brown) of Butler; his daughter JoAnn Ranalli (John) of Pittsburgh; his grandsons, Jared and Jason; and his half-brother Richard Vargo (Beverly) of Philadelphia.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home, Ltd. (127 W Jefferson St, Butler, PA 16003). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
