He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Crispin and Florence Crispin (Foust). He is survived by: his sister Violet Rihel (Lawrence, Sr.) of Butler; and his sister-in-law Nancy Crispin of Butler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
