He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Baxter and Annie Anthony Baxter; his wife Cleo Kiser Baxter; his sons, Ronny Baxter (Mary) of Butler and David Baxter (Lori) of Butler; his grandchildren, Shannon Baxter (Craig Fischer, Kara), Jeremy, Shane Baxter, Elizabeth Haughey, Julia Baxter and Abigail Haughey; his great grandchildren, Addison Ritts and Teagan Fischer; his brother Kenneth Baxter of Butler; his granddaughter Brooke; and his siblings, Ernest Baxter, James Baxter, Sue Clark Shearer, Betty Sarvey and Jean Scott.
