He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Seezox of Maryland; his stepdaughter Cara Dudiak of Florida; his siblings, Mary Jo Chi (Greg) of Los Angeles, Calif. and Timothy Seezox; and his close friend Natalie Ference of Butler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
