He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Moore and Joan Wasson Moore. He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Moore; his sisters, Pam Patterson of Butler, PA and Cheri Stanik (John) of Mars, PA; his nieces and nephews, Jessica Robinson, Becky Daw (Jeff), Ryan Patterson (Kristin), Cole Patterson, Jared Emigh, Zach Emigh, Nathan Emigh (Nakia), David Goslaw (Amy) and Stephen Goslaw (Kim); and his siblings-in-law, Margie Yost (George), LaLanda, Stromp-Emigh and Robert (Jeryl).
