He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark T. Fisher and Anna Marie Fisher (Rabold); his daughter Lynette Fisher; and his sisters, Joanne and Shirley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Fisher of Pembroke Pines, FL, Kimberly Wheeler (David) of Elk River, MN and Traci Williamson of Butler, PA; and his sisters, Nancy, Norma and Valerie. He is also survived by grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
