He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hollack and Sonia Hollack (Markiw); and his brother Harry Hollack of Scottsdale, AZ.. He is survived by: his daughter Jaime McKenzie (Jason); and his granddaughter Reagan McKenzie of Richboro, PA..
