He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Lewis and Raymond Lewis; and his brother Jon "Jack" Lewis. He is survived by: his close friend Roseann Skal; his children, Amber Beets (Pat), April Lewis, Jaci Lewis (Dennis) and Joey Lewis (Laura); and his grandchildren, JJ, Corey Niles, Tate, Tess Lewis-Holcombe, Rocco, Dominic Accarpio, Max, Kelsey and Sloane Lewis.
