She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Barnes and Gertrude Smith Barnes; her husband James C. Bowser; her grandson Allen Strella; and her siblings, Dorothy Tebay, Janice Halstead and Maynard Barnes.
She is survived by: her children, William Bowser (Kit) of Reno, NV, Linda Strella (Leonard), Gary Bowser (Jodi) of Brackenridge, PA and Larry Bowser (Vanessa) of Muscle Shoals, AL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
