It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Brown of Butler, Pennsylvania, born in Cherry Tree, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul J. Sutton and Viola T. Sutton (Leamer); her husband Sgt. 1st Class Jack K. Brown; and her daughter-in-law Vickie L. Brown. She is survived by: her children, Randall D. Brown of Butler and Pamela S. Schiebel (Bill) of Butler; her grandchildren, Catrina Brown Reichel (Todd), Christopher Brown (Serena), Melissa Schiebel Blicha (Ben), Joseph Schiebel (Ariana Sanchez), Ann Schiebel (Scott Kaltenbach) and Joshua Schiebel; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Lillian Reichel, Addison, Logan Brown, Mason and Elizabeth Blicha; and her sister Helen Peterson (Jim). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
