He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul M. Starr and Mildred Starr (Oster); and his wife Andrea C. Starr (Bonyak). He is survived by: his daughters, Debby Baptiste (Terry) of Hernando, FL and Paula Master (Dennis) of Boonsboro, MD.; his grandchildren, Ryan Baptiste (Tina), Jason Baptiste, Caitlin Keller (Chad), Gavin Master (Natalie), Catherine Starr and David Starr, Jr.; his son David A. Starr; and his granddaughter Alexis Starr.
In Lieu of Flowers, his family requests donations be sent to the Arbor Day Foundation, or to St. Jude's Research Hospital.
