It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia J. Lobaugh of Butler, Pennsylvania, born in Clarion, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Noblitt and Jane Noblitt; and her husband James A. Lobaugh. She is survived by: her son Douglas Lobaugh (Theresa) of Monarch, MT; her grandsons, Justin, David and Scott Lobaugh; and her great grandchildren, Xander, Brinley and Vida.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Patricia's honor to any nursing education foundation of the donor's choice.
