She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob George Shearer and Clara Mae Shearer (Boyd); her husband Herbert M. Shearer; her son James Shearer; her grandsons, Jon and Troy; her great grandchild McKenzie; and her sons-in-law, Ron Vensel and Bruce Schaffner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Vensel of Butler, Sue Pelles (Bob) of Mars and Lori Schaffner of Butler. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Geibel Funeral Home (201 E Cunningham St, Butler, PA 16001). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
