He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Ippolito and Mary Lou Winters Ippolito. He is survived by: his siblings, Cathy Shaffer (Brad) of Erie and Jim W. Ippolito (Barbara) of Illinois. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
