With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Howryla of Butler, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 24, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Howryla and Bessie Benza Howryla; his wife Arlene J. Fogel Howryla; his son Paul D. Howryla; and his granddaughter Lynette Messick.
He is survived by: his children, Richard M. Howryla (Carol) of Butler and Joyce Sheakley (Baxter) of Butler; his daughter-in-law Rosemary Howryla of Wilmington, N. C.; and his grandchildren, Derrick Howryla (Katherine), Emily Gumpp (Lee), Lisa McCloskey (Pat), Jessica Kauffman (Mike), Megan English (Jordan) and Mary Lee Reaume (Gabe). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
