He is survived by: his wife Marcella "Marsha" Clark (Morabito); his children, April Kelly Turman of Hamilton Ohio, Tonya Jo Hudson (Steve) of Fairfield, Ohio, Adam Robert-Carl Clark (Natalie) of Hooker and Charles E. Pflugh, Jr. (Jody) of Eau Claire; and his brother Robert C. Clark (Carolyn) of Cincinnati, Ohio.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
