She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. McMichael, Jr. and Marie A. Palamara Reynolds; her grandparents, John, Jane Palamara, Robert and Emma McMichael; her stepfather David Reynolds; her aunt Charlotte Kress; and her nephew Robert John McMichael.
She is survived by: her husband John Slick, Sr.; her children, Brandon, Shane (Brittney), Maria, Dominic, Savannah and John Jr. (Amy); her grandchildren, Jeremiah, Jacob, Ellieanna, Devin, Delilah, Johnny III and James; and her siblings, Terry, Bobby (Leslie), Lisa (Eric) and Robin.
