She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Mary A. Berger (Wesner); her daughter Lynn M. Shukausky; and her siblings, Betty Thomas, Jean Brinsko and John Berger.
She is survived by: her husband Francis M. Shukausky of Butler Twp; her sons, Francis J. Shukausky (Amy Brayford) of Berwick and Michael Shukausky of Los Angeles, California; and her grandchildren, Addie, Nicholas and Charles Shukausky.
