With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Kathryn Degler of Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Mary Kathryn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary Kathryn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Simback and Agnes Simback (Trenski). She is survived by: her friend Kathy; her siblings, Carol A. Briney (Ronald D.) of Buffalo Township and William A. Simback (Holly Bienkowski) of Sweat Valley; her nephews, Lance, Jack William Simback, Marine Corp and Ronald D. Briney Jr. of Pittsburgh; and her great-nephew Nicholas A. Briney.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Most Blessed Sacrament Church (800 Montana Ave, Natrona Heights, PA 15065).
