She was predeceased by: her parents, E. H. Butler and Anna Munro Butler; and her siblings, Eddie Butler, Amelia "Minnie" Vogel, Lovina "Love" Butler and Katie "Kay" Sampson.
She is survived by: her husband David B. Johnston of Butler, PA; her daughter Heather A. Johnston of Jupiter, FL; her son-in-law Frank Erlacher of Jupiter, FL; her son Noah Wolf-Johnston of Evans City, PA; her daughter-in-law Amanda Wolf-Johnston; her granddaughter Einin Wolf-Johnston; her brother Grant Butler (Betty) of Plantation, FL; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth "Betty" Butler of Butler, PA..
