Swigart (Jay) of Butler; her grandchildren, Matthew Wilson (Sarah), Brian Wilson (Amie), David Wilson, Lindsay Wilson, Leah Lassinger (Jay), Luke Clawson (Amy) and Jay D. Swigart III (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Cheyla, Brooklyn, Fletcher and Jase; her sister Jean Wonner; and her sister-in-law Barb Wilkinson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
