He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Puchnick and Mary Puchnick (Malaker); his pet Frankie; and his daughter Karen. He is survived by: his sons, William and David (Jacqueline); his grandsons, Matthew and Luke; and his pet Brody. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins.
