He was predeceased by: his parents, Craig Mainhart and Mary Mainhart (Abranovich); his wife Patricia Mainhart; and his sister Barbara Mainhart. He is survived by: his son Justin Mainhart of Butler, PA; his grandchildren, Michael Mainhart and Ashlyn Mainhart; his brother Robert Mainhart of Butler, PA; his niece Alisha Kunselman; and his nephew Cheyne Kunselman.
