She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Jr. Perkins and Barbara Curtis Perkins; and her brother Keith E. Perkins. She is survived by: her caregiver Ricky Hamilton; her siblings, Diria "Dee" Swager (Allan), Barbara Barnhart (Floyd), Jo Donaldson (Gerald) and Dana Perkins (Sally); and her sister-in-law Rita Perkins. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
