She was predeceased by: her father John Varljen; her son Michael Joseph Lewis; her brother Terry Varljen; and her son-in-law Troy Andres. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Varljen (Beggs) of Butler; her daughter Nicole Andres; her grandchildren, Kayleigh, Mason Lewis, Madelyn, Savannah and Nataleigh Andres; and her brothers, Robert Varlljen (Min), Charles Varljen (Darlene) and Daniel J. Varljen of East Butler. She is also survived by two uncles; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
