She is survived by: her husband Mark Hoffman; her daughters, Gerri Ann Hoffman of Geneva, OH and Chrissy Pollock (Mike) of Butler, PA; her grandchildren, Cooper, Abby and Sawyer Pollock; her sisters, Ruth Ann Cook (Tom) of Butler, Sue Sasse (Jay) of Butler, Patricia Davis of West Sunbury and Ginger DiTullio of Butler; her brother-in-law George Spinneweber of Butler; and her mother-in-law Jean (William Stutz) of Butler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
