It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Collins of Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar McClafferty and Eleanor McClafferty (Donahue); her sisters, Carolyn, Shirley and Nancy; and her sons-in-law, Ronald Confer and David Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond L. Collins; her children, Laurie Confer, Sue Carr (Jeff), Michael Collins (Ana) and Christopher Collins (Mindy); her grandchildren, Matthew (Kristina), Melissa (Joe), Megan, Selena (Will), Alex, Nick, Ethan and Sydney; her great grandchildren, Sophie, Emma and Rosalie; and her sister Susan Moon.
