He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard V. Neigh and Helen V. Graham Neigh; and his brother Lenny Neigh. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Kieszkowski Neigh; his children, Stephen J. Neigh (Carla) of Stafford, Mary Jo Seybert of Butler and Jeffrey J. Neigh (Jessica) of Laredo, Texas; his grandchildren, Thomas, Jacob, Katie, Natalie, Chloe and Isaac; and his siblings, Paul Neigh (Vonnie) of Butler, Eileen Kuciak of Butler, Marilyn Rodgers of Butler, David Neigh (Marg) of Butler and George Neigh of Butler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
