He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster and Mary Herring (Miller); his wife Harriet Botsis; and his sister Jean McCorkle. He is survived by: his son Joseph A. Herring (Sharon) of Butler; his granddaughter Sophia; and his sister-in-law Anne Diener (George) of Jamestown, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
