He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Rodgers and Lenore Cherry Rodgers. He is survived by: his wife Rose Rodgers; his daughter Dr. April Rodgers-Reddig (Michael Reddig) of Ephrata; and his granddaughter Paige Reddig of Ephrata. He is also survived by his uncle, aunts, and numerous cousins.
