He was predeceased by: his father William E. Flatt; his wife Regina "Gina" M. Flatt; and his brother Steve Flatt. He is survived by: his mother Jean Flatt (Groves); his children, Andrew J. Flatt, Brian J. Flatt and Stephanie Flatt; and his granddaughters, Clara Flatt and Alice Flatt. He is also survived by four brothers; two sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
