He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Baker; his children, David, Daniel and Amy Kulik; his children-in-law, Deena Scaperotta and Kim Kulik (Fleischel); and his grandchildren, Felix, Marcus Kulik, Sarah Kulik-Watkins, John "Bub" Kulik, Caitlin McClure (Kulik) and Eli Wall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
