It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Cranmer of Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Cranmer, Sr. and Agnesannalena Cranmer (Patterson); his wife Joanne R. Cranmer (Burlbaugh); his son Ted B. Cranmer; and his siblings, Charles E. Cranmer, Clarence J. Cranmer, Agnes Cowan, Mary Huff and Jane Barkley.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Zaccari (Bob) of Valencia, PA and Eric Cranmer (Andrea) of Chicora, PA; his daughter-in-law Cheryll Cranmer of Greer, SC; his grandchildren, Kristen Zaccari, Tyler Cranmer (Brittany), Austin Cranmer, Brandon Cranmer (Alexandria), Adam Zaccari (Christina) and Zachary Mayes (Brittney); and his great grandchildren, Skyler, Kaia, Enzo, Cianna, Oaklee, Luca, Jaxson, Kinzley and Baby Mayes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mt. Chestnut Presbyterian Church at 727 Old Route 422 West Butler, PA 16001.
