She was predeceased by: her parents, Rebecca Ellen Kelly and Joseph Henry Renforth; her husband Walter Thomas Matonak; her son Dennis Walter Matonak; her grandson Richard Farrell Welch, II; and her brother Jack Renforth.
She is survived by: her brother Howard F. Renforth; her children, Thomas Matonak (Mary), Jeanne Welch (Dick), Kathy Matonak (Corey Hudson), Rebecca Studds, Joan Lee Dillon (Tim), Cynthia Miller (William) and Richard Matonak (Kim); and her daughter-in-law Debra Matonak. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
