He was predeceased by: his parents, Jud Lloyd Sedwick and Rose Marie Sedwick (Blanchard); and his wife Linda L. Sedwick (Kuhns). He is survived by: his children, Cyd K. Johnston (Raymond) of Butler, PA, Joy L. Moon (Robert) of Lima, OH, Jay L. Sedwick Jr. (Laurie) of Kennedale, TX and Dru A. Sedwick (Trudy) of Butler, PA; and his brother Damon Dosch. He is also survived by brother in law, one nephew, one niece and two cousins.
