He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnn K. Perry; and his parents, Arnold Perry and Amelia Perry. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Perry (Laura) and Kenneth Perry (Mary Ann); his children, Marcia Stafford (Roger), Shan Perry (Monica) and Susan Leslie (Brad); and his grandchildren, Kelly Stafford, Chelsea, Zane Perry, Sarah and David Leslie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
