He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy E. Moyer (Gillon); and his parents, James H. and Renee V. Moyer (Abb). He is survived by: his sons, James R. (Jacqueline Moyer) of Red Oak, VA and Jon R. (Angeline Moyer) of York, PA; his grandchildren, Lauren E. Moyer and James E. Moyer; his half-sister Barbara (Vern Richardson) of New Port Ritchie, FL.; his close friend Janet Glatfelter; and his stepgrandchildren, Lindsay Rys, Mitchell Morris and Wes Heafner.
