She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Wampler and Geraldine Wampler (Carnahan); her husband David W. Johnson; her son Shawn Johnson; and her siblings, Tom Wampler and Patti Parsons.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Johnson (Lisa), Chuck Johnson (Paula), Scott Johnson (Angie) and Robin Johnson; her grandchildren, Kristen Leslie (Nick), Lacey Weslager (Jason), Sammy Baird (Stormie), Joelle Grossman (Tyler), Brandon Johnson, Ashley Johnson, Gage Johnson, Gehrig Johnson, Cody Johnson, Dalton Johnson (Emma Pekins) and Gabrielle Johnson; her great grandchildren, Rachel (Peyton), Ryan, Ivory, Osiris, Zephyr, Auraleigh, Jack and Henry; and her brother Bill Wampler.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc. (124 E North St, Butler, PA 16001). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
