She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloysius Kasprowski and Kazmiera Kasprowski (Grejda); her husband Richard R. Truszkowski; her daughter Renee Marie Henzel; and her sisters, Veronica Dolegowski and Jessie Borczyk.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Eighme (Peter Hurd) of Sedro Woolley, WA; her granddaughter Amber M. Czech (Jared) of Parker Township; her son-in-law Brian E. Henzel of Winfield Township; and her sister Mary Ann Cibella (Richard) of McMurray.
