He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard J. Wissinger, Sr. and Mary Wissinger (Cehelsky); his wife Nancy M. Wissinger; and his brother Harry. He is survived by: his children, Stephen J. Wissinger of Butler, Theresa I. Wissinger of Butler and Beth A. Debor (Paul) of Slippery Rock; his grandchildren, Daniel, Joseph, Austin, Dylan, Jesse, Mackenzie and Liam; and his siblings, Francis Wissinger (Theresa) of Cabot and Patricia Marshall (Richard) of Erie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center (856 Evans City Rd, Renfrew, PA 16053). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
