With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Herman S. Kuminkoski Jr. of Butler, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 29, 2025 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman S. Kuminkoski, Sr. and Betty C. Kuminkoski (Dietrich); his wife Rosemarie S. Kuminkoski; his stepson Jason Hamder; his brother James Kuminkoski (Rose); his niece Heather Sincock; and his nephew Phillip Kuminkoski.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Kuminkoski (Lara), Dionne DeMarines (John), Danielle Myers (Nathan) and Christine Brunette (John); his stepdaughter Rhonda Wabe; his grandchildren, Jonathan Kurtz (Lauren), Nathan Kurtz (Angel), Emmy Myers, Collin Myers (Emily), Kyle Kuminkoski (Victoria), Chloe Kuminkoski, Bella Kuminkoski, Bailey Lewis, Mikayla Wabe, Casey Watterson (Jeremy), Rylee Brunette (Nick Gentry) and Jared Brunette (Destiny); his great grandchildren, Makenzie, Chase, Carter, Logan, Jack, Reece, Nora, Kane, Vance and Harper; his friend Florence Winters; and his sister Ardella Sincock.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc. (124 E North St, Butler, PA 16001). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Calvary Cemetery.
