He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest H. Burtner and Mary Lena Burtner (Giles); and his wife Jennie L. Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Kathy (Norm), Hamilton, Connie Cypher (Randall), Raylene (John), Miller, Colleen Borcz (John) and Dean Burtner; and his close friend Jean. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews.
