He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Fresh Jr. and Alene Ealy Fresh Thompson; his son Daniel; his brother Larry; his father-in-law Darrell Heeter; and his sister-in-law Tammy Raab.
He is survived by: his nephew Justin; his wife Theresa A. Heeter Fresh; his daughters, Elizabeth A. Fresh of Butler and Ashley M. Olson (Terry) of New Stanton; his grandchildren, Brody, Evelyn and Emmett; his siblings, Bruce W. Fresh (Patty) of Bruin, Cindy Fresh-Davis (Fred) of Greshman and Lori Williams of New Castle; and his mother-in-law Frances Heeter of Karns City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, a sister-in-law and friends.
