He is survived by: his brothers, Richard Olexsak of Butler and David Olexsak (Karen) of North Washington; his nieces, Christine Olson (Jeff) and Erica Blake (Cody); his nephew Philip Olexsak; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Allison, Colton, Cullen, Dustin, Kasey and Addison.
