He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Joseph McNeill, Sr. and Harriet Louise McNeill (Faye); and his brother Michael Dennis McNeill of Denver, Colorado.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Elaine Webb; his children, Deborah Lohrbach (Mark), Gerald McNeill (Cheryl), Christopher McNeill (Tammy), Anthony McNeill (Angela) and Michael McNeill (Shala); and his sisters, Terry Andrews, Peggy Nemmers and Pat Grove. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
